As the name suggests this has been popularised by race goers over the years but it is now equally appropriate for daywear and celebrities the world over.
The Filkins fur felt trilby is the epitome of a fine mid brim trilby, whose brim can either be worn up, or, in classic trilby manner, snapped down at the front. The hat got its name from the Filkins village based in Oxfordshire, know for it's 18th century wool mill. Stylish and suiting many face shapes, the Filkins fur felt trilby will mark you out as someone of means on the race course.
Our monogramming service lets you customize your hat the way you want it. Enter five characters on the left side (only alphabetic characters and full stops or periods are allowed) and up to six numbers on the right side to represent a date (such as a birthday or special event). You can complete just the text or date fields or use both. Once a hat has been customized with your monogram, it becomes completely non-returnable or refundable (unless faulty or returning for size exchange) so, please bare that in mind when you are ordering. For products with satin sweatband, such as our Panama hats, the monogramming may fade over time due to the material. The cost has been significantly reduced to reflect this.
