Christys' London™ 245th Anniversary Pens

In 2018, Christys’ London marks its 245th Anniversary by launching a range of accessories that reflect the high quality and individuality of the brand, all made by famous British manufacturers. Conway Stewart is a British brand which has a long tradition of manufacturing great fountain pens. Founded in 1905 it has had many illustrious patrons such as Sir Winston Churchill, US Presidents and royal patronage over the years.

The exclusive Conway Stewart for Christys’ London pen is an exact replica of the famous Churchill pen. A numbered limited edition with only 245 produced, this magnificent pen is available as a fountain pen with a medium* 2-tone 18ct gold flag nib or a rollerball with a black medium refill. To compliment the Christys’ pens, we have specially commissioned a beautiful English made calf leather pen case. It has hallmarked 23ct gold plated sterling silver corners on the flap which closes with a re-assuring magnetic feel, and the interior is lined with the iconic Christys’ red suede. The Christys’ logo is embossed on the back of the case as well as the words “made in England”. It holds 2 pens – both your rollerball and your fountain pen, and has unique method to help you extract the pens from the case – a ribbon is pulled and the pens are presented to you.

*Nib can be swapped for another size.

REAL GOLD: Engraved around the 9ct gold wide cap band is our founding year of 1773, and English hall-marks are also stamped onto this ring as proof of its quality. There are 4 other thinner 9ct gold rings that give these pen a truly luxurious feel.

The fountain pen is distinguished as having a red cap and a black barrel. It is fitted with the acclaimed 18ct gold Flag nib that writes so smoothly. The ink system is a converter/cartridge arrangement, so you can either fill the pen from a bottle of ink or use standard ink cartridges.

The Rollerball is all red and gold and uses a standard 5888 refills that are readily available worldwide.
